Putting on the Sports Trainer

1. Put the Ankle Cuff on from the rear of the leg with the heel strap under the heel. Make   sure you wear socks that prevent the ankle cuff  from contacting the skin on the leg. Wrap around the shin and Velcro down. Leave the cuff a little loose. When you put the tensor on it will pull gently up on the heel. Make sure the hook shield is on the outside of the leg to protect it.


2) Put your footwear on making sure the heel strap stays under the heel in the footwear.


3) The belt wraps around the midsection over the belly button. The first position is with the label in the middle of the back.



4) Make sure the D-Rings are equal on both sides of your body.



5) It is important that a D-Ring is positioned to the rear of the hip bone. If in the first position a ring doesn’t fall behind the hip just spin the belt around so the label is on the front of the belt. A ring should be in the proper position behind the hip bone.



6) Connect one of the long leg tensors to the belt on the ring behind the hip.



7) Connect the leg tensor to the ring on the outside of the leg bending your leg to connect.




8) Connect the Arm Tensor to the Hand Pad.



9) Connect the opposite end of the Arm Tensor to the belt on the D-Ring on the top of the belt on the side of side of the body.



10) The first position for the Hand Pad is on your palm. Slip the 3rd. & 4th. fingers through the loops on the Hand Pad and Velcro the pad together on the rear of the hand.



11) The second position for the Hand Pad is on the back of the hand. 3rd. & 4th. fingers through the loops and the pad Velcros across the palm.



12) The third position for the Hand Pad is to loop the Velcro and grasp it like a handle.
Do not put the fingers through the loops


13) For specific exercises you will need to connect the amber Ankle Tensor between the legs on the inside D-Rings.


14) When you are totally connected you should look like this.


15) Double Leg Tensors are used to provide extra resistance. For standard doubles connect the tensors to the same ring


16) Split Double Leg Tensors are also use to provide extra resistance from a different angle. For split doubles connect the tensors on separate rings
